Report initiatives and news
We invite anyone wishing to publicize their initiatives to notify the Secretariat at the following email address: segreteria@sciencediplomacy.it , within the established deadlines (i.e. by the last day of the previous month for initiatives running from the 1st to the 15th of the month and by the 14th for initiatives running from the 16th to the end of the month) and to follow the instructions below on how to communicate the events.
If you would like to advertise conferences, seminars, calls for papers or other types of announcements, new publications, magazines, websites, or any other event, we recommend that you provide us with the following information by email:
A brief description of the news item (where and when, author(s), organizer(s), title, etc.) in the body of the email or in text format in a Word file (we don't have to extract them from jpg or pdf files). For volumes, it is necessary to indicate the author, title, publisher, place and date of publication; for conferences, the conference title, place and date; for calls or notices, always indicate the deadline;
URL of the publisher's page, conference/webinar, or other useful page you wish to link to, and, if desired, also include a contact email address.
Event poster or book or magazine cover only in image format (jpeg), if you want it to appear prominently on the site, otherwise the files, both in Word and PDF format, whether it is a press release, call, in memoriam article or other text to be published in full, will be attached to the communication on the site.
