The regional opening ceremony of the Academic Year will be held on February 19, 2026, at Venice International University.
The event will include a lecture on the dynamics of the Arctic and its connections with Venice, given by Professor Andrea Rinaldo, President of the Venetian Institute of Sciences, Letters and Arts in Venice.
The vaporetto line to reach the VIU is line no. 20 for San Servolo, which leaves at 9:20 a.m. from San Zaccaria, in front of the Hotel Londra Palace, on Riva degli Schiavoni.
